If you have a plan to purchase a car, I strongly recommend Himi. (And she deserves extra stars!) At first, I didn't have any specific plan with the purchase, but she gave me great overview and her insights. Her professional, genuine, honest, and friendly attitude helped me make the right decision after all, and my family and I are more than satisfied. Also, because of the recent heavy snow and icy road, I wanted to purchase winter tires. She immediately responded to me with several option with detailed information. With our selection, she arranged the fastest service to install the tires as quickly as possible. P.S.: In fact, everyone in the shop is all professional, honest, and friendly. For my next car, I will definitely go back to West Coast Kia.

What an exceptional experience working with Lambo! We met this fantastic sales man at Kia when shopping for a car for our son. We had been to several dealerships and met many salesman at Honda, Mazda and Toyota and none even came close to the first impression we got meeting Lambo at Kia. He sold us immediately on the new K4. He treated my son so well, not pushy at all just genuinely eager and excited to help us find the perfect car. I wasn’t even planning on buying a new car but when I saw the K4 I fell in love. My husband wanted to plan a surprise Christmas gift for me with this new car and Lambo was there to help him make it happen. My husband planned an evening for us at Lafarge Lake to see the Christmas lights and wanted to surprise me with the new car in the parking lot. Well Lambo went above and beyond to accommodate him by driving the car to Coquitlam, setting it up in the parking lot with a big red bow and red carpet! Plus waited for us in the parking lot so he could film the surprise! Since the purchase of our new car Lambo has been a top notch salesman helping us learn all the features (and there are many) of our new car and keeping in touch making sure we are happy with our new purchase! I am extremely impressed with the excellent service I received at this dealership. Ramon, the salesperson, was incredibly kind, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. The sales manager Noah was equally helpful, and the finance manager Ryan went above and beyond—making both the possible and the impossible happen to close the deal.
